口腔正畸联合种植义齿修复治疗成人错畸形的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的评价口腔正畸联合种植义齿修复对成人错畸形的应用效果。方法回顾性选取2021年3月至2022年3月濮阳市惠民医院收治的73例错畸形患者作为研究对象,根据入选对象已接受的治疗方式分为两组。观察组37例患者接受口腔正畸联合种植义齿修复,对照组36例患者接受种植义齿修复。比较两组患者治疗前后咀嚼效能测试结果及发音清晰度占比、治疗总有效率、红色-白色美学标准(PES-WES)、下齿槽座角(SNB)、上齿槽座角(SNA)、上下齿槽座角(ANB)水平、不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,观察组患者葡萄糖浓度、发音清晰度占比、PES-WES评分、SNB水平、治疗总有效率均高于对照组,且观察组患者SNA及ANB水平、不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔正畸联合种植义齿修复可显著改善成人错畸形患者咀嚼能力及语言功能,总体疗效更高,面部美观度改善效果优良,不良反应发生率更低。Objective To study the application effect of orthodontic-implant denture combined treatment on adult malocclusion.Methods 73 patients with malocclusion admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were retrospectively selected as the research objects.According to the treatment methods accepted by the selected objects,they were divided into observation group and control group.The number of cases in the two groups was 37 cases and 36 cases respectively.The observation group received orthodontic-implant denture repair combined treatment,and the control group received implant denture repair treatment.The results of masticatory efficiency test,the proportion of pronunciation clarity,the total effective rate of treatment,the level of facial aesthetic indexes[red-white aesthetic standard(PES-WES),lower alveolar seat(SNB)angle,upper alveolar seat angle(SNA),upper and lower alveolar seat(ANB)angle]and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the glucose concentration,proportion of pronunciation clarity,PES-WES score,SNB angle level and total effective rate of treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the SNA angle,ANB angle level and incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of orthodontics and implant denture repair can significantly improve the chewing ability and language function of adult patients with malocclusion.The overall efficacy is higher,the facial aesthetics is improved,and the incidence of adverse reactions is lower.
