摘 要:目的探讨分析生长因子联合骨充填材料在骨质缺损种植修复中的效果。方法选取2023年6月至2024年6月宁波鄞州东钱湖口腔医院收治的骨质缺损种植修复患者98例,均接受生长因子联合骨充填材料治疗,观察其治疗效果、并发症发生率、骨缺损再生情况、边缘骨吸收量、唇侧骨厚度。结果患者治疗后显效63例,有效35例,无效2例,总有效率为97.96%。术后仅1例患者发生轻微面部肿胀,无感染、出血、种植体松动等并发症发生,并发症发生率为1.02%。术后患者出血指数(0.34±0.05),探诊深度(3.29±0.57)mm,附着丧失(2.99±0.48)mm,边缘骨吸收量(0.47±0.09)mm,唇侧骨厚度(2.72±0.33)mm。术后患者牙槽骨相关指标较术前显著改善(P<0.05)。结论生长因子联合骨充填材料用于骨质缺损种植修复治疗的效果确切,并发症少,能改善患者口腔健康,促进骨缺损再生。Objective To explore and analyze the effect of growth factors combined with bone filling materials in bone defect implant repair.Methods From June 2023 to June 2024,98 patients with bone defects undergoing implant repair admitted to Dongqianhu Dental Hospital were selected and treated with growth factor combined with bone filling materials.The treatment effect,incidence of complications,bone defect regeneration,marginal bone resorption,and labial bone thickness were observed.Results After treatment,63 cases showed significant improvement,35 cases were effective,and 2 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 97.96%.Only one patient experienced mild facial swelling after surgery,with no complications such as infection,bleeding,or implant loosening.The incidence of complications was 1.02%.The postoperative bleeding index of the patient was(0.34±0.05),the probing depth was(3.29±0.57)mm,the attachment loss was(2.99±0.48)mm,the marginal bone resorption was(0.47±0.09)mm,and the labial bone thickness was(2.72±0.33)mm.Postoperative patients showed significant improvement in alveolar bone related indicators compared to preoperative levels(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of growth factors and bone filling materials is effective in the treatment of bone defect implantation and repair,with few complications,and can improve patients'oral health and promote bone defect regeneration.
