摘　　要：目的分析年轻恒牙冠折后断冠再接的临床效果。方法选择2019年1月至2020年12月的70例年轻恒牙冠折患者,按照治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组,每组患者35例,其中对照组采用复合树脂直接修复,观察组采用断冠再接方法治疗,对比两组患者修复成功率、牙齿功能、牙周指标、患者满意度及生活质量。结果在本研究中,观察组在6个月、1年、18个月及2年的修复成功率与对照组比较无差异(P>0.05)。在咬合关系、美观度、咀嚼功能等牙齿功能评分方面,观察组患者的表现优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的菌斑指数、出血指数、探诊深度等均有所降低,且观察组在这些指标上的表现优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。在治疗满意度方面,观察组患者为97.14%,对照组患者为80.00%,观察组显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者在功能限制、生理障碍、心理障碍、社交障碍等评分上的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但两组患者的这些评分均有所降低。在生活质量评分方面,观察组患者的表现优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在年轻恒牙冠折患者治疗期间可实施断冠再接与复合树脂直接修复方式,其中断冠再接的修复成功率更高,能够有效改善牙齿功能及牙周指标,并提高患者满意度及生活质量,在临床中具有借鉴及应用推广价值。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of young permanent tooth crown fracture and reconnection.Methods Select in January 2019 to December 2020,70 cases of young patients with permanent tooth crown fold,according to different treatment method is divided into observation group and control group,each group of 35 patients,the control group using composite resin direct repair,observation group using broken crown again method of treatment,compare the two groups of patients repair success rate,tooth function,periodontal index,patient satisfaction and quality of life.Results In this study,the observation group exhibited higher restoration success rates at 6 months,1 year,18 months,and 2 years compared to the control group,although these differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).In terms of tooth function scores,including occlusal relationship,aesthetics,and masticatory function,the observation group outperformed the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,both groups showed reductions in plaque index,bleeding index,and probing depth,with the observation group demonstrating superior performance in these indicators compared to the control group(P<0.05).Regarding treatment satisfaction,the observation group achieved a satisfaction rate of 97.14%,significantly higher than the control group's 80.00%(P<0.05).Although there were no statistically significant differences in functional limitations,physical impairment,psychological distress,or social disability scores between the two groups(P>0.05),both groups showed reduced in these areas.The observation group also scored higher in quality of life assessments,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Both fragment reattachment and direct composite resin restoration are viable treatments for young permanent tooth crown fractures.However,fragment reattachment demonstrates a higher restoration success rate,effectively improves tooth function and periodontal health,and enhances patient satisfaction and quali
