摘 要:本文专门针对教育机构中儿童教学设备的运动零部件机械危险防护展开研究。从风险评定角度出发,分析儿童特殊性与接触运动零部件引发的危险类型,探讨设备结构设计中防护措施的实际应用,给出儿童安全间隙的具体范例,并结合儿童安全使用教学设备的指示信息。综合地提出如何保障和降低儿童在使用教学设备时遭受运动零部件机械危险伤害的系统性策略,为教育机构教学设备的安全设计与生产提供参考。This paper specifically investigates the protection against mechanical hazards of moving parts in children’s educational equipment within educational institutions.Starting from the perspective of risk assessment,it analyzes the unique characteristics of children and the types of hazards caused by contact with moving parts.It explores the practical application of protective measures in the structural design of equipment,provides specific examples of safe clearance for children,and incorporates instructions for the safe use of educational equipment by children.It comprehensively proposes systematic strategies toensure and reduce the risk of mechanical injuries tochildren caused by moving parts when using educational equipment,offering references for the safe design and production of educational equipment in educational institutions.
