摘　　要：本文报道一例家族性扩张型心肌病晚期心力衰竭(心衰)女性患者,计划进行心脏移植,因群体反应抗体(PRA)阳性位点较多,配型困难,经合理预处理后进行心脏移植,但心脏移植术后出现急性排斥反应,予综合处理后患者存活的病例,旨在为反复致敏、PRA阳性的晚期心衰患者心脏移植提供治疗借鉴。This paper reported a female patient with advanced heart failure due to familial dilated cardiomyopathy who was planning to undergo heart transplantation.Due to many positive sites of panel reactive antibody(PRA)and difficulty in matching,heart transplantation was performed after reasonable preconditioning.Although acute reaction occurred after heart transplantation,the patient survived after comprehensive treatment.This case report was aimed to provide reference for treatment in advanced heart failure patients with repeated sensitization and PRA positive.
