碳中和背景下基于边缘节点技术的电力系统转型研究

摘  要:电力系统接入多种新能源后,主要采用源-荷平衡技术,进行电力系统转型,使得转型后系统碳排放量过高。因此,提出碳中和背景下基于边缘节点技术的电力系统转型研究。根据电力系统历史数据建立平稳时间序列,再通过指数法平滑法预测中长期电力需求,作为系统转型设计的基础。在碳中和背景下,以最小新能源弃电量为目标,构建新型电力系统规划模型,并提出碳排放和电力平衡约束。运用边缘节点技术,将整个配电系统划分为多个孤岛,每个孤岛内采用改进粒子群算法对电力任务进行合理分配,形成以源-网-荷-储协调规划为核心的新型电力系统。最后,在大数据理论的支撑下,明确新型电力系统运行模式。应用分析结果表明:运用所提转型方法得出的新型电力系统,与转型前电力系统相比,碳排放量减少了42.86%,满足碳中和发展目标。所提系统经过了曼-肯德尔法的检验,具有一定的有效性与可靠性,能够为电力系统转型提供借鉴的应用价值。After the power system is connected to a variety of new energy resources,the source load balance technology is mainly used for power system transformation,which makes the carbon emission of the transformed system too high.Therefore,the research on power system transformation based on edge node technology under the background of carbon neutrality is proposed.A stable time series is established according to the historical data of the power system,and then,the medium and long-term power demand is predicted through the exponential smoothing method as the basis of system transformation design.Under the background of carbon neutrality,a planning model of novel power system is constructed with the goal of minimizing the waste power of new energy,and the constraints of carbon emission and power balance are proposed.The whole distribution system is divided into multiple islands through using the edge node technology.In each island,the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to reasonably distribute the power tasks,forming a novel power system with the coordinated planning of source-network-load-storage as the core.Finally,under the support of big data theory,the operation mode of novel power system is clarified.The application analysis results show that compared with the power system before the transformation,the carbon emission of the novel power system obtained by the proposed transformation method is reduced by 42.86%,meeting the carbon neutrality development goal.The proposed system has been tested by Mann-Kendall method that it has certain validity and reliability,which can provide reference and application value for power system transformation.
