摘  要:对碳纤维生产的黏度进行研究分析,分别对丙烯腈投料浓度、ABIN投料浓度、聚合过程静置时间、固含量和温度变化进行研究考察。研究发现,丙烯腈和ABIN投料浓度增加会使聚合后的纺丝液黏度降低,随着静置时间的增加,聚合后纺丝液的黏度不断增加,经过脱单后单体残余量越低的纺丝液黏度变化越小,在聚合处理的过程中随着固含量的增加,其黏度也会有增大的趋势,随着温度的增大,黏度会逐渐变小。A research and analysis on the viscosity in carbon fiber production was conducted.The study investigated acrylonitrile feeding concentration,ABIN feeding concentration,standing time during the polymerization process,solid content,and temperature changes.The research found that an increase in the feeding concentrations of acrylonitrile and ABIN will reduce the viscosity of the spun solution after polymerization.As the standing time increases,the viscosity of the spun solution after polymerization continuously increases.The spun solution with lower residual monomer content after devolatilization has a smaller viscosity change.During the polymerization process,as the solid content increases,its viscosity also shows an increasing trend.As the temperature increases,the viscosity gradually decreases.
