摘 要:目的构建基于动物元素的儿童大小感知觉模型,为科学、系统和精准地评估儿童大小感知能力发展提供有效的计算机评估工具和康复训练工具。方法通过两轮德尔菲专家调查法、层次分析法进行因子筛选构建儿童大小感知评估与训练系统理论框架,融入动物元素实现题库的构建和系统的计算机化。结果本研究构建的儿童大小感知评估与训练系统包括三级因子。两轮德尔菲法专家函询的专家积极系数均为100%(n=10),其权威系数均为0.81,协调系数分别为0.27、0.31,变异系数为0.12~0.30、0.11~0.24。该系统共有201个难度等级,通过融入42种动物组合形成百万级题库。结论该模型构建具备良好的可靠性和科学性,题库丰富,遵循儿童认知发育规律,为儿童大小感知发育的康复评估与康复训练提供了有效的工具。Objective To consctruct a developmental model of children′s size perception based on animal elements,thereby providing effective computer-assisted assessment and rehabilitation training tools for the scientific,systematic,and precise evaluation of children′s size perception abilities.Methods A theoretical framework for a size perception assessment and training system was established using a two-round Delphi expert survey combined with hierarchical analysis for factor selection.Animal elements were incorporated to construct a comprehensive question bank and to digitize the system.Results The resulting assessment and training system comprises three levels of factors.Expert consultations via the Delphi method yielded a 100%positive response rate(n=10),with an authority coefficient of 0.81,coordination coefficients of 0.27 and 0.31 in rounds one and two respectively,and variation coefficients ranging from 0.12 to 0.30 and 0.11 to 0.24.The system includes 201 difficulty levels,forming a question bank that encompasses millions of items through the integration of 42 different animal elements.Conclusion The constructed model exhibits high reliability and scientific rigor.Its rich question bank and alignment with children′s cognitive development patterns make it a promising tool for the rehabilitation assessment and training of children′s size perception.
