摘　　要：按照质控中心的专业领域和工作方向,质控中心分为临床类质控中心、医技类质控中心和管理类质控中心等,而作为一个创新理念,人文质控同时与临床、医技和管理等不同维度密切相关。作为人文质控的核心理念与落地模式,叙事医学将医疗的重心从“病人”转向“人”作为人文质控的起点,通过积极培养临床医者的叙事思维及医院管理者的叙事领导思维,在临床和管理实践中充分融合循证思维/精益管理思维和叙事思维/价值共生理念,构建多维度暖心和赋能的叙事共同体关系,真正让人文有抓手、医生有仁德、医疗有温度。According to the professional field and work direction of the quality control centers,there are clinical quality control centers,medical technology quality control centers and management quality control centers.As an innovative concept,humanistic quality control is closely related to different dimensions such as clinic,medical technology and management.As the core concept and implementation mode of humanistic quality control,narrative medicine takes the focus of medical treatment from“patient”to“person”as the starting point of humanistic quality control.By actively cultivating the narrative thinking of clinical doctors and the narrative leadership thinking of hospital managers,it fully integrates evidence-based thinking/lean management thinking and narrative thinking/value symbiosis concepts in clinical and management practices,and constructs a multidimensional heartwarming and empowering narrative community relationship,truly bringing warmth to healthcare.
