场域理论视角下反向临终关怀对晚期肺癌患者生活质量的干预研究

摘　　要：目的探讨对癌症晚期患者进行反向临终关怀照护的效果。方法抽选2023年5月—2024年4月在本院住院的晚期肺癌患者60人。以随机分组方式将患者分成两组,观察组30人,对照组30人。两组均给予常规诊疗和照护,观察组则引入反向临终关怀的个性化宣教。比较两组患者的生活质量评分。结果干预后观察组的肺癌治疗功能评价量表(functional assessment of cancer therapy-lung,FACT-L)得分为(123±1.6)分,优于对照组的(112.6±1.2)分(P<0.05);肺癌症状量表(lung cancer symptom scale,LCSS)和实验结果指数(trial outcome index,TOI)得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论反向临终关怀在晚期肺癌患者中有较为显著的应用价值,值得推广。Objective To explore the effects of reverse hospice care on terminal cancer patients.Methods Sixty patients with advanced lung cancer hospitalized in our hospital from May 2023 to April 2024 were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups:an observation group(30 patients)and a control group(30 patients).Both groups received routine diagnosis,treatment,and care,while the observation group additionally underwent personalized education incorporating reverse hospice care.Quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the functional assessment of cancer therpy-lung(FACT-L)score in the observation group was(123±1.6),which was better than that in the control group(112.6±1.2)(P<0.05).The scores of the lung cancer symptom scale(LCSS)and trial outcome index(TOI)in the observation group were also higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Reverse hospice care demonstrates significant application value for terminal cancer patients and is worthy of promotion.
