摘  要:在新形势、新要求下,本研究旨在积极发挥附属医院独特资源优势,以医疗援建校史文化与援建人物研究为切入点,通过文献分析、专家咨询、实地调研、深度访谈、案例研究等方法,探索医疗援建校史文化与援建人物资源融入“大思政课”协同育人机制研究,创新“党建引领,医教协同;研学转化,双向循环;校院共建,智慧实践”等方式,破解“高校及附属医院医疗教学条线管理,援建资源融入育人共享不足”“高校及附属医院援建育人讲座为主,援建资源育人形式有待丰富”“高校及附属医院实践校院相对区隔,援建资源实践平台协同不足”等方面问题,这对于加强高校及附属医院党建思政工作,推动学校德育创新赋能医学教育创新发展,培养卓越医学人才,为健康中国和“双一流”建设提供重要人才支撑,为“时代新人铸魂工程”提供成功实践案例均具有十分重要的意义。Under the new situation and new requirements,this study aims to actively leverage the unique resource advantages of affiliated hospitals,taking university history,culture and figures of medical aid construction as the starting point.Through literature analysis,expert consultation,field research,in-depth interviews,case studies and other methods,this study aims to explore the integration of university history,culture and figures of medical aid construction into the"comprehensive ideological and political courses",enrich teaching methods like"hospitals working in tandem with universities under the leadership of Party building;two-way transformation of practice and knowledge;intelligent internship channels co-built by hospitals and universities,and address problems like"insufficient integration of assistance resources in education due to line management of medical education between universities and their affiliated hospitals","limited forms of integration of assistance resources in education due to a main focus on lectures during the whole process",and"lack of coordination among practice platforms built through assistance resources due to the far distance between universities and their affiliated hospitals".In this way,this research is of vital importance for shoring up Party building and political and ideological work in universities and their affiliated hospitals,empowering the future of medical education through innovation in moral education in universities,fostering excellent medical staff for the Healthy China Initiative and"Double First-Class Initiative",and offering test cases for the project of educating the heart of students.
