摘 要:文章以青岛地铁1号线青岛站为研究对象,重点探索了既有地铁车站新型缺陷侧墙整体置换施工技术。该站右线站台层16轴~20轴侧墙出现了混凝土酥松脱落、钢筋锈蚀及结构向内倾斜侵限等严重缺陷。文章通过采取临时支撑加固、缺陷侧墙背后土体膜袋注浆加固、剔除缺陷墙体混凝土后墙内竖支撑及墙后土体开挖支护等技术措施,对该车站侧墙进行了整体置换修复。该技术的应用不仅成功解决了车站的缺陷问题,还为后续地下建筑修复提供了参考和借鉴。Taking Qingdao Station of Qingdao Metro Line 1 as the research object,this paper focuses on the integral replacement construction technology of the new defective side wall in the existing subway station.There are serious defects such as concrete loose shedding,steel corrosion and inward inclination of the structure in the axis 16-axis 20 side wall at the platform floor of the right line of the station.This paper carries out the integral replacement and repair of the side wall of the station by taking technical measures such as temporary support reinforcement,soil membrane bag grouting reinforcement behind the defective side wall,vertical support in the wall after removing the defective wall concrete and excavation and support of the soil behind the wall.The application of this technology not only successfully solves the defect problem of the station,but also provides a reference for the subsequent repair of underground buildings.
