高校建设项目投资控制的常见问题及对策

摘　　要：随着高等教育“双一流”建设的深入发展,高校建设项目快速开展。但在建设项目实施过程中,项目超投资问题时常发生。文章分别对高校基本建设项目和修缮项目进行投资控制研究,分析项目实施各阶段存在的投资控制问题,并提出相应的对策,以供参考。With the in-depth development of the"double first-class"construction of higher education,the university construction projects have been carried out rapidly.However,in the process of construction project implementation,the problem of project over-investment often occurs.This paper studies the investment control of basic construction projects and repair projects in universities,analyzes the investment control problems existing in each stage of project implementation,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for reference.
