摘　　要：文章探讨了在计算机类专业中通过优化算法课程促进创新型人才培养的思路和方法。针对当前教学中存在的基础不牢、实践能力不足等问题,提出了“精要传授”“融合共生”“寓德于专”和“赛学相长”四大改革策略。通过精准教学、线上线下融合、思政元素融入和竞赛引导,旨在提升学生的算法理论水平和实践能力,激发创新思维,为培养高素质创新型计算机人才提供有效路径。The paper discusses the ideas and methods of promoting the cultivation of innovative talents through the optimization algorithm course in computer specialty.In view of the problems existing in the current teaching,such as the weak foundation and the lack of practical ability,the paper puts forward four reform strategies,namely,“essential teaching”,“integration and symbiosis”,“morality in specialty”and“competition and learning grow together”.Through precise teaching,online and offline integration,integration of Ideological and political elements and competition guidance,it aims to improve students’theoretical level and practical ability of algorithm,stimulate innovative thinking,and provide an effective path for cultivating high-quality innovative computer talents.
