摘　　要：在公立医院高质量发展背景下,加强行政管理人才培养至关重要。研发建立行管人员培训管理与可视化分析平台,功能涵盖培训管理、网络课堂、多维度统计分析、可视化视图、多部门共管共享,兼容支持PC端与移动端,初步构建计划、备案、实施、督导和效果评估的全流程信息化培训管理体系,逐步提升医院行政管理人员的专业能力和管理水平。In the context of high-quality development of public hospitals,it is crucial to strengthen the training of administrative management talents.Develop and establish a training management and visualization analysis platform for administrative staff,with functions covering training management,online courses,multi-dimensional statistical analysis,visualization views,and shared management by multiple departments.It is compatible with both PC and mobile devices,and has initially built a full process information-based training management system for planning,filing,implementation,supervision,and effectiveness evaluation,gradually improving the professional ability and management level of hospital administrative staff.
