农业科研院所农业硕士培养模式探索——以中国农业科学院果树研究所为例

摘　　要：农业是我国的立国之本,强国之基,中国式现代化离不开农业农村现代化,农业硕士的培养为农业农村现代化提供人才保障,为实现农业农村现代化奠定坚实基础。农业硕士培养的目标是高层次应用型专门人才,应具有较高专业技术和实践创新能力。目前农业硕士培养还存在培养模式不够健全、培养条件不够完善、培养质量不理想等问题,该文对这些问题进行分析,同时阐述农业科研单位对农业硕士培养模式的探索经验及取得的成效,并给出未来培养思路,以期为我国农业硕士的高质量培养提供借鉴。Agriculture is the foundation of China's founding and the foundation of a strong country.Chinese modernization is inseparable from agricultural and rural modernization.The training of a master's degree in agriculture provides talent guarantee for agricultural and rural modernization and lays a solid foundation for the realization of agricultural and rural modernization.The goal of cultivating a master's degree in agriculture is high-level applied specialized talents,who should have higher professional skills and practical and innovative capabilities.At present,there are still problems in the training of master's in agriculture,such as insufficient training model,imperfect training conditions,and unsatisfactory training quality.This paper analyzes these problems,and also expounds the exploration experience and achievements of agricultural scientific research units on the training model of master's in agriculture,and gives future training ideas in order to provide reference for the high-quality training of master's in agriculture in China.
