纳米复合树脂用于上颌前牙区美学修复的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨纳米复合树脂用于上颌前牙区美学修复的效果。方法:选择2021年6月-2023年6月南京大学医学院附属口腔医院收治的行上颌前牙区美学修复的患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组59例。对照组采取光固化复合树脂修复,观察组采取纳米复合树脂修复。两组修复后均随访3个月,于修复后3个月评估患者临床疗效;记录并比较不同时间(修复后1、2、3个月)的疼痛水平[视觉模拟评分法(Visual analogue scale,VAS)]、术后敏感发生情况;修复前、修复后3个月的牙修复体临床评分(Ryge评分)、红色美学指数(Pink esthetic score,PES)评分、牙周相关指标;记录并比较两组随访期间修复体松动及脱落情况。结果:修复后,观察组边缘密合度、颜色匹配度A级修复患者占比高于对照组(P<0.05);修复后3个月,两组VAS评分均低于修复后1个月、2个月,且观察组低于对照组,两组时点、组间及交互比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);修复后,两组Ryge评分均低于修复前,且观察组Ryge评分低于对照组;PES评分高于修复前,且PES评分高于对照组(P<0.05);修复后1个月、2个月、3个月,观察组牙敏感发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组修复体稳固性高于对照组(P<0.05);修复后,两组牙周相关指标均低于修复前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:纳米复合树脂能够有效提升上颌前牙区美学修复效果,降低患者术后敏感发生率,改善牙齿美观度,提升修复体稳固性。Objective To investigate the effect of nano-composite resin on cosmetic repair of maxillary anterior teeth.Methods From June 2021 to June 2023,patients who underwent cosmetic repair of maxillary anterior teeth in the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Nanjing University Medical College were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,59 cases in each group.The control group was repaired with light-cured composite resin,and the observation group was repaired with nano-composite resin.The two groups were followed up for 3 months after repair,and the clinical efficacy of the patients was evaluated at 3 months after repair.The pain level[visual analogue scale(VAS)]and postoperative sensitivity at different time points(1 month,2 months and 3 months after repair)were recorded and compared.Clinical score(Ryge),pink aesthetic index(PES)score,periodontal related indexes[gingival index(GI),plaque index(PLI),sulcus bleeding index(SBI),tooth mobility(MD)]were measured before and 3 months after restoration.The prosthesis loosening,prosthesis shedding were recorded and compared between the two groups during the follow-up period.Results After repair,the proportion of A-grade repair patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group in terms of edge fit,color matching(P<0.05).After 3 months of repair,the VAS scores of both groups were lower than those of 1 and 2 months after repair,and the observation group was lower than the control group.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of time points,between groups,and interaction comparison(P<0.05).After repair,the Ryge scores of both groups were lower than before repair,and the Ryge score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,The PES score was higher than before repair,and the PES score was higher than the control group(P<0.05).At 1,2,and 3 months after restoration,the incidence of tooth sensitivity in the observation grou
