摘　　要：大学生科研训练(Student Research Training,SRT)是创新人才培养的有效途径和重要手段。湖北民族大学生物工程专业开展基于“导师制+订单班”双轮驱动的SRT培养模式,探索创新人才培养模式,取得一定的成效和经验。通过整群抽样的方式,对生物工程专业2021届和2024届学生进行SRT参与情况和相关绩效进行调查和总结分析,以期为加强生物工程专业内涵建设和应用创新型人才培养提供参考。Student research training(SRT)is an effective way and important means to cultivate innovative talents.The bioengineering major of Hubei Minzu University has carried out the SRT cultivation mode based on the two wheel drive of"tutorial system and order class",explored and innovated the implementation scheme of training,and achieved certain results and experience.Through cluster sampling,a survey and summary analysis were conducted on the SRT participation and related performance of the 2021 and 2024 students majoring in biotechnology,in order to provide reference for strengthening the connotation construction of biotechnology and cultivating innovative talents in application.
