摘  要:基于新质生产力发展及其人才需求,从高等工科教育的特征出发,重点从教育理念更新、教学内容与方法改革、学生主体性发展三个方面探讨了培养模式的变革,提出了适应新质生产力发展的教师队伍建设、评价体系与激励机制构建、持续改进与反馈循环等建设路径。此研究为工科院校培养适应新质生产力发展的高级复合型人才提供了新的思路。Based on the perspective of the development of new quality productivity(NQP)and its personnel needs,and from the perspective of the characteristics of engineering higher education,the change of its cultivation mode and the construction path are explored,focusing on the three aspects of updating the educational concepts,the reform of teaching content and teaching methods,and the development of students'subjectivity.In addition,the paths of teacher team construction,evaluation system and incentive mechanism establishment,continuous improvement and feedback loop adapted to the development of NQP are explored.It provides new ideas for engineering colleges and universities to cultivate senior compound talents in engineering to adapt to the development of NQP.
