关于高校工科专业本科生生产实习创新改革的思考——以郑州大学金属材料与成形加工专业为例

摘　　要：本科生生产实习是提高大学生理论与实践相结合能力的校企合作实践教学环节、是培养实用型科技创新人才、加强校企合作并助力企业创新发展的重要途径。以郑州大学材料科学与工程学院金属材料与成形加工专业学生的生产实习为例,总结与反思高校工科专业本科生生产实习课程存在的主要问题与不足,并提出了针对性的改善策略。The production practice aims to improve the undergraduates'ability to integrate theory with practice,cultivate practical innovative talents,strengthen the cooperation between universities and enterprises,and improve the innovation capabilities of enterprises.This article,taking the production practice of undergraduates majored in metal materials engineering at Zhengzhou University as an example and combining it with the authors'practical teaching experience,summarizes and analyzes problems and drawbacks existed in the production practice.Consequently,corresponding improvement strategies are proposed to improve the effectiveness of production practice.
