摘　　要：为应对新工业革命带来的影响,德国提出“职业教育4.0”倡议。研究分析德国职业教育数字化建设理念与方法,对于我国职业教育数字化改革具有借鉴意义。城市轨道交通行业正在进行新技术革新,职业院校为满足企业用人需求,需对实训教学进行数字化升级调整。结合德国“职业教育4.0”倡议,提出了城市轨道交通专业实训教学建设的思考。In response to the impact of the new industrial revolution,Germany proposed the"Vocational Education 4.0"initiative.The research and analysis of the concepts and methods of the digital construction of vocational education in Germany is of reference significance for the reform of digital education in China.The urban rail transit industry is undergoing new technological innovation,and vocational colleges have digitally upgraded and adjusted practical training and teaching to meet the employment needs of enterprises.Combining with the German"Vocational Education 4.0"initiative,this paper puts forward the thinking of urban rail transit professional practical training teaching construction.
