摘  要:随着气候变化加剧和城镇化进程的不断推进,城市面临着日益严峻的洪涝灾害风险。多源数据与模型方法在城市洪涝风险评估中的作用愈加突出。本文首先梳理了洪涝风险评估中常用的方法,而后拓展城市洪涝风险评估的多要素研究范围,探讨了技术整合在城市洪涝风险评估中的应用路径。研究结果表明,洪涝风险评估已从单一关注灾害机制转向对城市复杂系统功能特征的综合分析。多源数据与模型方法的发展以技术整合为基础,推动政策整合与制度整合,为城市提高气候适应能力提供坚实保障。As climate change intensifies and urbanisation progresses,cities are facing an increasing risk of severe flood disasters.The role of multi-source data and modelling techniques in urban flood risk assessment has become increasingly significant.This paper first examines the commonly employed multi-source data and methods used in flood risk assessment.Subsequently,it expands the scope of research by incorporating urban spatial factors and explores the pathways for integrating technologies in urban flood risk assessment.The findings indicate that flood risk assessment has evolved from a narrow focus on disaster mechanisms to a comprehensive analysis of the functional characteristics of urban complex systems.Grounded in technological integration,the development of multi-source data and modelling methods fosters policy and institutional synergies,thereby providing a solid foundation for enhancing the climate adaptation capacity of cities.
