摘 要:肿瘤是机体在致癌因素的作用下,使局部组织细胞的生长无法正常调控、异常增生而形成的新生物,是人类健康面临的重大威胁。在众多治疗方法中,传统化疗药物治疗疗效高、应用广泛,但存在毒副作用大、耐药性差等缺点。微球载药系统因更好的安全性和有效性而被广泛用于肿瘤的治疗。本文介绍了微球载药系统载体材料的分类情况及其在抗肿瘤领域的应用研究,最后讨论了微球载药系统在未来肿瘤治疗领域面临的主要挑战,并对其应用前景进行展望。Tumor is a new organism formed by abnormal proliferation of local tissue cells that cannot be regulated normally by carcinogenic factors.It is a serious threat to global people’s health.Among the many therapeutic methods,traditional medicine has high curative effect and wide application,but with disadvantages such as obvious side effects and poor drug resistance.Microsphere drug delivery systems have been widely used in the treatment of tumors owing to their better safety and efficacy.This paper classified the carrier materials of microsphere drug delivery systems and their application in anti-tumor research.Finally,the main challenges faced by microsphere drug delivery systems in tumor treatment in the future were discussed,and their application prospected.
