摘　　要：宫颈癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,且发病人群趋于年轻化,严重威胁女性健康。早期准确诊断及分期对制定治疗方案、提高患者生存率至关重要。磁共振作为一种无创、高分辨率的影像技术,在宫颈癌诊断和分期中扮演重要角色。该文将综述包括扩散加权成像及其衍生序列、弹性成像、酰胺质子转移加权成像、动态增强磁共振等功能磁共振成像技术在宫颈癌中的应用进展。Cervical cancer(CC)is one of the most common malignancies among women,and its incidence tends to be younger,posing a serious threat to women's lives and health.Early and accurate diagnosis and staging are crucial for formulating treatment plans and improving patient survival rates.As a non-invasive,high-resolution imaging technique,magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)plays an important role in the diagnosis and staging of cervical cancer.This article will review the advances in the application of functional MRI techniques in cervical cancer,including diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI)and its derivative sequences,elastography,amide proton transfer-weighted(APTw)imaging,and dynamic contrast-enhanced(DCE)MRI.
