摘　　要：目的构建基于外显冰山模型的早期救治阶段战伤护理训练内容体系,为科学、规范进行早期救治战伤护理能力培训提供依据。方法基于外显冰山模型,通过文献研究、现状调研及关键人物半结构式访谈,拟定训练内容体系初稿并编制专家咨询问卷,运用德尔菲法对18名院校及医院的战伤护理专家、战伤救治医学专家以及卫勤专家进行两轮专家咨询。结果两轮咨询问卷有效回收率均为100%,专家权威系数为0.90,专家判断系数Ca为0.98,两轮咨询后,各指标变异系数均小于25%。最终构建的早期救治阶段战伤护理训练内容体系包括2个一级指标、12个二级指标、76个三级指标。结论构建的训练体系科学可靠、内容充实、实用可行,可为开展早期救治阶段战伤护理培训提供参考和借鉴。Objective To construct a content system of nursing training in early treatment of war wounds,based on the ex-plicit iceberg model,and to provide a basis for scientific and standardized nursing training for early treatment of war wounds.Methods Based on the explicit iceberg model,the first draft of the training content system and the expert consultation questionnaire were prepared through literature research,current situation investigation and semi-structured interviews with key personnel.Two rounds of expert consultations were conducted among 18 war injury nursing experts,war injury treatment medical experts and health service ex-perts in universities and hospitals by Delphi method.Results The effective recovery rate of the two rounds of consultation question-naire was 100%.The expert authority coefficient was 0.90.The expert judgment coefficient Ca was 0.98.The variation coefficient of each index was less than 25%after two rounds of consultation.The content system of nursing training for war wounded in the early treatment stage consists of 2 first-level indexes,12 second-level indexes and 76 third-level indexes.Conclusion The established training system is scientific,reliable,rich in content,practical and feasible,which can provide reference and reference for nursing training in early treatment of war wounds.
