摘　　要：失语症是大脑损伤导致的语言障碍,多由脑卒中引起。失语症患者在语言的所有方面均可能产生功能障碍,导致生活质量下降。自然语言处理(NLP)将计算语言学(基于规则的人类语言建模)与统计和机器学习模型相结合,使计算机和数字设备能够识别、理解和生成文本和语音。因此,使用NLP来提供新的失语症康复评定及治疗方案是目前该康复领域的研究热点。文章主要就目前NLP在失语症康复过程的语言学基础、康复评估、康复治疗等方面的最新研究进展进行综述。Aphasia is a language disorder caused by brain damage,often resulting from a stroke.Patients with aphasia may experience dysfunction in all aspects of language,leading to a decline in quality of life.Natural Language Processing(NLP)combines computational linguistics(rule-based modeling of human language)with statistical and machine learning models,enabling computers and digital devices to recognize,understand,and generate text and speech.Therefore,the use of NLP to provide new assessment and treatment options for aphasia rehabilitation has become a research hotspot in this field.This article primarily reviews the latest research advances in the linguistic basis,rehabilitation assessment,and rehabilitation treatment of aphasia using NLP.
