清代常州学派谱系之构建及反思

摘  要:常州学派谱系的构建是一个层累形成的过程,历时性考察其中各个关键节点,可以发现该谱系在清中叶开始萌发,道咸以降渐趋完善,民国时期基本定型。虽然学派谱系渐趋具化,但仍遗留不少尚未解决的问题,根源在于民国学者未能明晰与常州学派相关的概念,以致于对谱系学者的学术渊源进行附会,将考证学者和公羊学者强行区分,以及对谱系中心人物的看法莫衷一是。因此,厘清“常州学”“今文学”“公羊学”“考证学”等概念的异同,不仅有助于认识常州学派的丰富内涵,而且可以克服谱系构建中将思想与学术、义理与方法截然两分的弊病。The construction of the genealogy of the Changzhou School is a process of layered formation.Through a diachronic examination of its key nodes,it could be found that this genealogy began to sprout in the middle of the Qing Dynasty,gradually improved from the Daoguang period to the Xianfeng period,and was basically finalized during the Republic of China period.Although the genealogy has gradually become more specific,there are still many unresolved issues left.The root cause is that scholars of the Republic of China did not have a clear understanding of the concepts related to the School,which led to unreasonable interpretations and comments to relevant scholars as well as a rigid differentiation between textual research scholars and Gongyang scholars.Therefore,a clarification to the similarities and differences among concepts such as“Changzhou Studies”,“Jinwen Studies”,“Gongyang Studies”,and“Textual Research”,will not only help to understand the rich connotations of the Changzhou School,but also solve the problem brought by a rigid dichotomy mentality,which has always tried to strictly separate ideas from academia,as well as meaning from methods.
