摘  要:为解决热敏料液在浓缩时间较长时会导致热敏成分的变性、降解损失的问题,课题组构建了一种基于吸收式膜蒸馏的胡萝卜汁快速浓缩装置,选用溴化锂溶液作为吸收液。建立膜蒸馏组件数学模型,开发专用模拟软件,对料液浓缩比(料液出膜管时质量分数与进膜管时质量分数之比)和倍浓时间(料液浓缩至进膜管时的质量分数的2倍所需时间)随膜管内直径、膜管壁厚、膜孔直径、料液进膜管时流速、料液进膜管时温度、吸收液进膜组件时温度和吸收液进膜组件时质量分数等参数的变化规律进行了计算分析,通过拟合得到关于倍浓时间的优化方程,并通过优化方程得出优化工艺参数。优化结果表明当膜管内直径为0.80 mm、膜管壁厚为0.30 mm且料液进膜管时温度为60.0℃时倍浓时间可达28.00 s。In order to solve the problem of denaturation and degradation loss of thermal components caused by thermal sensitive material solution in a long concentration time,a rapid concentration device of carrot juice based on absorption membrane distillation was constructed,and the lithium bromide solution was selected as the absorption solution.The mathematical model of membrane distillation module was established,and the special simulation software was developed.The variation laws of the concentration ratio(the ratio of the mass fraction of the feed solution exiting the membrane tube to the mass fraction of the solution entering the membrane tube)and concentration doubling time(the time required for the feed solution to be concentrated to twice the mass fraction of feed solution entering the membrane tube)with the inner diameter of membrane tube,membrane tube wall thickness,membrane hole diameter,the velocity of flow of feed solution entering membrane tube,the temperature of feed solution entering the membrane tube,the temperature of absorption solution entering the membrane module,the mass fraction of absorption solution entering the membrane module and other parameters were calculated and analyzed.The optimization equation of concentration doubling time was obtained by fitting,and the optimized process parameters were obtained through the optimization equation.The optimization results indicate that when the inner diameter of membrane tube is 0.80 mm,the membrane tube wall thickness is 0.30 mm,and the temperature of feed solution entering the membrane tube is 60.0℃,the concentration doubling time can reach 28.00 s.
