摘　　要：实验动物在医学相关研究中应用广泛,大鼠是最常使用的实验动物之一。在肝移植研究方面,目前已成功建立原位肝移植、辅助性肝移植、减体积肝移植、自体肝移植、双供体肝移植等大鼠肝移植模型,这些模型各有所长,为研究不同肝移植术式及围手术期多种并发症提供便利。其中“二袖套法”原位肝移植模型因其技术成熟、稳定性好等优势目前仍是最常用的大鼠肝移植模型;辅助性肝移植模型为探索急性肝衰竭时肝脏的代偿再生能力及关键时间点提供帮助;减体积肝移植模型、双供体肝移植模型等在进一步扩大供体来源和缩短移植等待期方面起重要作用;异种肝移植、多米诺肝移植、肝细胞移植等新兴术式为肝移植提供新思路。本文结合笔者团队经验总结多种大鼠肝移植模型的建立方法及其改良的研究进展,为相关专业人员的学习提供参考,以期推动肝移植相关研究的进一步发展。Experimental animals are widely used in medical research,rats are one of the most commonly used experimental animals.In terms of liver transplantation research,rat liver transplantation models such as orthotopic liver transplantation,auxiliary liver transplantation,reduced-size liver transplantation,liver autotransplantation,and dual donor liver transplantation have been successfully established,these models each have their own strengths,providing convenience for studying different liver transplantation procedures and various complications during the perioperative period.Among them,“double cuff-technical”orthotopic liver transplantation model is still the most commonly used rat liver transplantation model due to its mature technology and good stability advantages;auxiliary liver transplantation model provides assistance in exploring the compensatory regeneration ability and key time points of the liver in acute liver failure;reduced-size liver transplantation models,dual donor liver transplantation models,etc.play an important role in further expanding donor sources and shortening transplant waiting times;emerging surgical techniques such as xenotransplantation,domino liver transplantation,and hepatocyte transplantation provide new ideas for liver transplantation.This article summarizes research progress on establishment methods and improvements of various rat liver transplantation models based on the experience of author’s team,providing reference for the learning of relevant professionals,in order to promote the further development of liver transplantation related research.
