摘 要:宫颈癌是发生在女性生殖系统的常见恶性肿瘤,具有高发病率和高死亡率,严重威胁女性生殖健康。铁死亡是由氧化应激引起的铁蓄积和脂质过氧化而触发的细胞死亡方式,具有独特的形态学、遗传学和生化学特征。多项研究表明,铁死亡与宫颈癌的发展密切相关,且对肿瘤的抑制起重要作用。因此,诱导肿瘤铁死亡已成为抗宫颈癌的新型治疗途径。本文旨在从铁死亡的调控机制为切入点,深入探讨其在宫颈癌发病机制中的作用,并在该基础上,对靶向调控铁死亡治疗宫颈癌的研究进展进行综述,以期为宫颈癌的预防和治疗提供新的靶点和策略。Cervical cancer is a common malignant tumor occurring in female reproductive system,with high morbidity and mortality,which seriously threatens female reproductive health.Ferroptosis is a cell death mode triggered by iron accumulation and lipid peroxidation caused by oxidative stress,which has unique morphological,genetic and biochemical characteristics.Many studies have shown that ferroptosis is closely related to the development of cervical cancer,and plays a key role in tumor inhibition.Therefore,inducing tumor ferroptosis has become a new therapeutic approach for anti-cervical cancer.This article aims to explore the role of ferroptosis in the pathogenesis of cervical cancer from the perspective of its regulatory mechanism,on this basis,reviews the recent research progress in the treatment of cervical cancer by targeting regulation of ferroptosis,in order to provide new targets and strategies for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer.
