摘　　要：高等中医药院校承担着培养高素质中医药文化传承创新人才的社会责任。近年来,国家高度重视高等教育中的思想政治工作,强调要将思想政治教育贯穿于教育教学全过程,实现全程育人、全方位育人。在该政策导向下,高等中医药院校积极响应,不断探索将思政教育融入专业课程的有效途径。《内科学》作为高等中医药院校重要的本科核心课程,其教学内容不仅涉及丰富的医学专业知识,还蕴含深厚的医学伦理和人文关怀。深入挖掘其中蕴含的课程思政元素,不仅有助于强化思政教育、提升教学质量、传承中医文化、培养综合素质,还能推动中医药教育与思政教育的深度融合。本文旨在通过探讨案例库建设的意义和原则,建设《内科学》课程思政案例库,并应用于课程中,为提升教学质量和促进学生全面发展提供有力支撑。Higher colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine bear social responsibility of cultivating high-quality talents for the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine culture.In recent years,the country has attached great importance to ideological and political work in higher education,emphasizing the need to integrate ideological and political education into the entire process of education and teaching,achieve comprehensive and all-round education.Under this policy guidance,higher colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine have actively responded,continuously explored effective ways to integrate ideological and political education into professional courses.As an important undergraduate core course in higher colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine,teaching content of Internal Medicine not only involves rich medical professional knowledge,but also contains profound medical ethics and humanistic care.Deeply exploring ideological and political elements contained therein not only helps strengthen ideological and political education,improves teaching quality,inherits traditional Chinese medicine culture,and cultivates comprehensive quality,but also promotes the deep integration of traditional Chinese medicine education and ideological and political education.This article aims to explore the significance and principles of building a case library,construct an ideological and political course case library of Internal Medicine,and apply it to the course,providing strong support for improving teaching quality and promoting students’comprehensive development.
