养育内疚感在复发性呼吸道乳头状瘤患儿父母领悟社会支持及心理适应间的中介作用

摘　　要：目的 探讨养育内疚感在复发性呼吸道乳头状瘤患儿父母领悟社会支持及心理适应间的中介作用。方法 采用便利抽样法,选取2024年4月至11月在首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院咽喉科住院治疗的130例复发性呼吸道乳头状瘤患儿父母为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、养育内疚感量表、心理适应量表及领悟社会支持量表进行调查。结果 患儿父母养育内疚感总分(50.76±9.29)分,心理适应总分(63.50±12.14)分,领悟社会支持总分(60.50±12.36)分。养育内疚感与心理适应、领悟社会支持均呈负相关(r=-0.634、-0.411,P<0.01);心理适应与领悟社会支持呈正相关(r=0.653,P<0.01)。养育内疚感在领悟社会支持和心理适应间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的28.12%。结论 领悟社会支持可通过养育内疚感间接影响复发性呼吸道乳头状瘤患儿父母心理适应水平,医护人员应努力提升其社会支持水平,鼓励其采取积极的自我评价,改善其心理适应能力。Objective To explore the mediating role of parenting guilt in perceived social support and psychological adaptation in parents of children with recurrent respiratory papillomatosis.Methods Convenience sampling method was used,130 parents of children with recurrent respiratory papillomatosis hospitalized in Department of Pharyngology at Beijing Tongren Hospital,Capital Medical University from April to November 2024 were selected as research subjects.A survey was conducted by using general information questionnaire,parenting guilt scale,psychological adaptation scale,and perceived social support scale.Results Total score of parenting guilt in parents of children was(50.76±9.29)points,total score of psychological adaptation was(63.50±12.14)points,and total score of perceived social support was(60.50±12.36)points.There were negative correlation between parenting guilt and psychological adaptation,perceived social support(r=-0.634,-0.411,P<0.01);psychological adaptation was positively correlated with perceived social support(r=0.653,P<0.01).Parenting guilt plays a partial mediating role between perceived social support and psychological adaptation,with the mediating effect accounting for 28.12%of total effect.Conclusion Perceived social support can indirectly affect psychological adaptation level of parents of children with recurrent respiratory papillomatosis through parenting guilt,medical staff should strive to improve their social support level,encourage them to adopt positive self-evaluation,and enhance their psychological adaptability.
