摘　　要：伦理委员会的履职能力是实现高质量伦理审查的重要因素,履职能力构成是一个多维度的概念,涉及诸多因素。本文深入分析了伦理委员会履职能力的构成因素,并对可能影响其履职能力的原因进行分析讨论。在此基础上探讨提升伦理委员会履职能力的相关对策,期望能够对进一步提高伦理审查质量、保护研究参与者安全与权益、促进生物医学研究高质量有序开展提供裨益。The performance ability of ethics committee is an important factor in achieving high-quality ethical review.The composition of performance ability is a multi-dimensional concept involving many factors.This paper deeply analyzes the constituent factors of the performance ability of ethics committees and discusses the possible reasons that may affect their performance ability.On this basis,it explores relevant countermeasures to enhance the performance ability of ethics committees,hoping to further improve the quality of ethical review,protect the safety and rights of research participants,and promote the high-quality and orderly development of biomedical research.
