基于《黄帝内经》“脏腑之风”理论探讨小儿胃肠疾病临床辨治思路

摘　　要：《黄帝内经》作为祖国医学必不可少的四大经典之一,其中《风论篇》论述风邪侵入人体后所引起的各种疾病的病因病机、症状及诊察方法。风为百病之长,风邪易乘虚深入五脏六腑的背俞穴,阻滞脏腑经脉,影响五脏六腑的气血津液运行,成为“脏腑之风”病。长夏戊己受风则为脾风,脾失健运,则易食滞化积。胃乃六腑之长,胃中空虚,外风乘胃则易形成胃风,胃受纳腐熟水谷失常,宿食内积于肠道则易形成便秘。大肠主津,为传导之官,风邪长期侵入肠道,大肠功能失常,则易形成腹泻。结合《风论篇》“脏腑之风”理论,本文从脾风、胃风、肠风角度分别论述小儿积滞、便秘及腹泻,以期为祖国医学治疗小儿脾胃肠腑疾病提供新思路。Huangdi Neijing as one of the four essential classics of traditional Chinese medicine,Fenglun Pian discusses etiology,pathogenesis,symptoms,and diagnostic methods of various diseases caused by invasion of wind pathogens into human body.Wind being primary pathogen,wind evil is easily take advantage of deficiency and penetrate deep into back-shu point of five zang viscera and six fu viscera,block meridians of zang fu viscera,affect circulation of qi,blood,body fluids in five zang viscera and six fu viscera,and become disease of“wind of zang fu viscera”.When long summer season is wind,it is spleen wind,if spleen is lost,it is easy to stagnate.Stomach is the longest of six fu viscera,stomach is empty,external wind can easily form gastric wind,stomach receives spoiled water and grains abnormally,food accumulates in intestines,can easily lead to constipation.Large intestine governing body fluids,is official of transportation,long term invasion of wind pathogens into intestine can cause dysfunction of large intestine and easily lead to diarrhea.Based on the theory of“wind of zang fu viscera”in Fenglun Pian,this article discusses stagnation,constipation,and diarrhea in children from the perspectives of spleen wind,stomach wind,and intestinal wind,in order to provide new ideas on traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pediatric spleen,stomach,and intestinal diseases.
