摘  要:为了研究橡胶绝热层缠绕压力计算方法,首先基于赫兹接触理论建立绝热层橡胶挤压变形数学模型,采用Mooney-Rivlin超弹性本构模型表征橡胶应力-应变关系,实现缠绕压力的理论计算。然后进行绝热层橡胶挤压变形有限元仿真,将缠绕压力的理论计算值与仿真值进行对比,结果表明缠绕压力的理论计算值与仿真值基本吻合。最后搭建了绝热层缠绕压力测试平台,并设计了缠绕压力测试方案,采用应变式力传感器测量缠绕压力,通过实验验证了缠绕压力理论计算方法的正确性,为绝热层缠绕成型压力控制装置的设计提供了理论依据。In order to study the calculation method of winding pressure of rubber insulation layer,based on the Hertz contact theory,the mathematical model of rubber extrusion deformation of heat insulation is established firstly.The Mooney-Rivlin hyperelastic constitutive model is used to characterize the stress-strain relationship of rubber,and the theoretical calculation of winding pressure is realized.Then the finite element simulation of rubber extrusion deformation of heat insulation is carried out,and the theoretical calculation value of winding pressure is compared with the simulation value.The results show that the theoretical calculation value of winding pressure is basically consistent with the simulation value.Finally,the insulation winding pressure test platform is built,and the winding pressure test scheme is designed.The winding pressure is measured by strain force sensor.The correctness of the theoretical winding pressure calculation method which provides a theoretical basis for the design of pressure control device is verified for insulation winding molding by experiments.
