摘 要:针对护士工作强度大、患者血液回流的问题,设计了一种智能医用双瓶输液装置的互换自锁机构。通过理论计算和ANSYS力学性能仿真分析,完成对互换自锁机构中关键部件的设计,并进行运动仿真和实验。结果表明:机构能够实现输液瓶的自动互换,并且能及时地压紧输液器管道,防止血液回流。该装置结构简单、拆装方便且性价比高,对同类产品的研发及改进具有一定的参考价值。In view of the problems of high work intensity to nurses and blood return,an interchangeable self-locking mechanism of intelligent medical double-bottle infusion device is designed.Through theoretical calculations and ANSYS mechanical performance simulation analysis,the design of the key components in the interchangeable self-locking mechanism is completed,and the motion simulation and experiment are carried out,the results of which show that the mechanism could realize the automatic exchange of infusion bottles and press the infusion tube in time to prevent the return of blood.The device has the advantages of simple structure,convenient disassembly and high cost performance,which has certain reference value for the research and development and improvement of similar products.
