摘　　要：作为高校共青团“一体两翼”育人工作布局中的重要“一翼”,学生社团在高校立德树人工作中的作用日益凸显。为持续提升育人效果,高校学生社团应坚持以习近平总书记关于党的青年工作的重要思想为指导,坚持协同育人、显性教育与隐性教育相统一、教师主导性与学生主体性相结合的基本原则,弘扬中国特色社会主义文化,激励广大学生为实现中华民族伟大复兴而奋斗,促进学生德智体美劳全面发展。As an important“wing”in the layout of the“one body,two wings”education work of the Communist Youth League in universities,the role of student organizations in the work of cultivating virtue and nurturing people in universities is increasingly prominent.In order to continuously improve the effectiveness of education,college student organizations should adhere to General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important ideas on youth work as guidance,adhere to the basic principles of collaborative education,the unity of explicit and implicit education,and the combination of teacher leadership and student subjectivity,promote socialist culture with Chinese characteristics,inspire students to strive for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and promote the comprehensive development of students’morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor skills.
