摘　　要：高校美育是立德树人、培根铸魂的重要抓手,对培养学生的审美素养和创新思维有着至关重要的作用。以鞍山师范学院为例,梳理高校美育工作的实施现状,分析高校美育工作面临的挑战和困难,提出高校美育工作创新发展的实现路径,以期为地方高校美育工作提供借鉴。College aesthetic education serves as a crucial means of fostering virtue through education and nurturing the soul,playing a vital role in cultivating students’aesthetic literacy and innovative thinking.Taking Anshan Normal University as an example,this paper reviews the current implementation status of aesthetic education in colleges and universities,analyzes the challenges and difficulties faced by aesthetic education,and proposes the implementation path for the innovative development of college aesthetic education,aiming to provide a reference for aesthetic education in local colleges and universities.
