儿童短视频创作行为动机与传播伦理风险研究

摘　　要：短视频已成为儿童在符号化实践中实现主体性构建与情境化表达的重要载体。研究以6至14岁主动创作并发布短视频的儿童为研究对象,采用深度访谈法,考察其短视频创作行为的动因与潜在传播伦理风险。研究发现,儿童短视频创作体现出以符号性自我呈现、社会交往需求及情境化认知建构为核心的复合动机结构,反映了其在数字实践中对身份与意义的主动回应及情感表达的需要。尽管如此,这种创作实践也暴露了儿童在技术逻辑和观众权力影响下可能面临的风险,即他们在表面上拥有自主性,实际上却可能被商品化和奇观化,陷入一种复杂的传播伦理困境。At present,the situation of juvenile crime in China is still relatively serious,and early intervention in the delinquent behavior that has not yet developed into crime can play a role in the effect of source control.However,the prevention and control of juvenile criminal behavior is faced with the problems of unclear authority of the main body of the prevention and control,low participation of the public,and low professionalism of the prevention and control work,and so on.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of juvenile delinquency and the current situation of prevention and control,the community policing model was introduced,and a systematic prevention and control path was put forward to give play to the role of community police stations as a coordinator and leader,to link up key prevention and control subjects such as the community,schools,and families,to mobilize the community masses,and to incorporate all the other social organizations related to juvenile delinquency and to form an all-around and three-dimensional prevention and control system,in accordance with the situation of the society.The aim is to achieve effective prevention and control of juvenile delinquency.
