In the swiftly advancing digital era, social work confronts the digital transformation. However, existing social work's theories, knowledge, models, and techniques have not adequately responded to the swift advancement of technology and its accompanying challenges and opportunities. The advent of New Quality Productivity establishes a theoretical foundation and practical significance for the digital transformation of social work in China, offering unparalleled opportunities and support. With the three components of New Quality Productivity(technological productivity, knowledge productivity, and collaborative productivity),social work's service forms and development modes can be reconfigured while traditional boundaries can be broadened.Technological Productivity serves as the“high-tech”engine driving the digital transformation of social work;Knowledge Productivity constitutes a“high-quality”cornerstone for talent pool development within social work;Collaborative Productivity establishes a“high-efficiency”bond for coordinated development within social work.Through their respective development and integration, these three elements jointly and organically promote the digital transformation of social work.
