数字时代中国体育国际话语权提升路径研究

摘　　要：数字时代为提升中国体育国际话语权提供了新途径。数字技术的迅猛发展既创造了新的信息载体,也深刻改变了传播途径与人际沟通模式。笔者运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对数字技术赋能中国体育国际话语权的内在机理以及数字时代中国体育国际话语权面临的挑战及提升路径进行了分析。研究认为:在数字化转型、算法推荐、人工智能以及技术操纵等数字时代衍生背景下,体育国际话语权面临“话语困境”“信息茧房”“舆论极化”“算法偏见”等挑战。研究结论:从运用数字技术推进体育话语建设,激发话语权提升的内生动力;塑造关键话语主体的媒体形象,打造话语权提升的旗帜和标杆;创新体育话语体系和叙事体系,以数字技术驱动体育话语传播;构建协同高效的话语权提升机制,完善话语权提升的制度体系等四个方面指出提升路径,以开创中国体育国际话语建设新局面。The digital age provides new pathways for enhancing China's international sports discourse power.The rapid development of digital technology not only creates new information carriers,but also deeply transforms the communication channels and interpersonal communication patterns.The study uses the methods of literature review and logical analysis to analyze the intrinsic mechanisms of digital technology empowering China's international sports discourse power and the challenges and improvement paths in the context of digital age.The study finds that international sports discourse power is facing challenges such as“discourse dilemma”,“information cocoon”,“polarization of opinion”,and“algorithmic bias”in the background of digital phenomena such as digital transformation,algorithmic recommendation,artificial intelligence,and technological manipulation.To this end,the study suggests four improvement paths,namely utilizing digital technology to promote sports discourse construction,and stimulating the intrinsic driving force for discourse power enhancement;shaping media image of key discourse subjects,and creating a flag and benchmark for discourse power enhancement;innovating sports discourse system and narrative system,and driving sports discourse communication through digital technology;constructing a synergistic and efficient discourse power enhancement mechanism,and improving a system for enhancing discourse power,to open a new chapter in the construction of China's international sports discourse.
