“双创”背景下武术与民族传统体育专业实践教学改革的意义、困境、策略——基于一个国家级一流本科专业建设点考察

摘　　要：“双创”背景下武术与民族传统体育专业实践教学改革是理论与实践的有机结合,涉及不同维度的教学和多学科的知识体系,学生将所学知识应用到中华民族传统体育文化的传播、传承、竞赛、训练、教学、推广以及创新创业等工作之中,对推动中华民族传统体育文化创造性转化和创新性发展以及专业发展具有重要意义。“大众创业,万众创新”的时代背景下,对一个国家级一流本科专业建设点的实践教学考察和与多个培养单位教师的交流发现,当前武术与民族传统体育专业实践教学中存在师生创新创业教育认识不足、培养目标与课程设置不匹配、教学环节与新业态发展脱节、实践教学创新服务平台缺失、实践考核评价缺乏有效机制,教师专业实践教学能力欠缺等现实困境。建议:(1)师生同步,重视“双创”意识教育;(2)权衡利弊,重构“双创”课程体系;(3)突出特色,重塑“双创”实践教学环节;(4)多方联动,搭建“双创”实践育人平台;(5)改革创新,健全“双创”实践教学评价体系;(6)形式多样,提升“双创”教师实践教学能力等改革实施策略,以期为新时代培养出更多高质量“双创型”武术与民族传统体育专业人才提供参考。In the context of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,the practical teaching reform of martial arts and national traditional sports major integrate theories with practice,involving a multi-dimensional educational approach and a multidisciplinary knowledge system.Students apply what they have learned into the dissemination,inheritance,competition,training,teaching,promotion and entrepreneurial endeavors related to traditional Chinese sports culture,which is of great significance for the creative transformation,innovative development and professional growth of traditional Chinese sports culture.Under the background of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,and though the investigation of practical teaching of a national first-class undergraduate major construction site and the communication with teachers of several training institutions,it is found that there are some realistic difficulties in the current practical teaching of martial arts and national traditional sports major,including insufficient understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship education from teachers and students,mismatch between talent training objectives and curriculum setting,disconnection between teaching links and the development of new formats,insufficient construction of practical teaching innovation service platforms,inefficient mechanism for practical assessment,and lack of teachers professional practical teaching ability.It is suggested to synchronize teachers and students,and attach importance to the awareness education of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”;weigh the advantages and disadvantages,and reconstruct the“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”curriculum system;highlight the characteristics,and reshape the practical teaching link of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”;with multi-party linkage,build a“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”practical education platform;with reform and innovation,improve the evaluation system of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”practical teaching;and in variou
