摘 要:饲料中黄曲霉毒素(AFT)污染严重威胁动物健康和生产性能,其中黄曲霉毒素B_(1)(AFB_(1))因污染广、毒性强而备受关注.传统的AFT防控方案存在较多的局限性,而纳米技术的兴起为AFT防控提供了新的解决方案.本文综述了纳米技术在饲料AFT防控领域的应用:在污染预防方面,纳米载体显著提升了抗真菌药物的靶向递送和缓释性能;在检测技术方面,纳米材料使检测灵敏度显著提升,并有助于实现现场快速检测;在污染后处理方面,纳米催化和吸附技术可有效降低AFT的生物利用度和毒性.未来研究可以重点关注纳米材料的生物安全性及稳定性,同时推进低成本制备工艺开发和标准化体系建设,以期为纳米技术在饲料AFT防控领域的科学应用提供坚实的理论与技术支撑.The contamination of aflatoxins(AFT)in feed seriously threatens animal health and production performance.Among them,aflatoxin B_1(AFB_1)has attracted much attention due to its wide-spread contamination and high toxicity.Traditional AFT prevention and control schemes have many limitations,while the rise of nanotechnology provides new solutions for AFT prevention and control.This paper reviewed the applications of nanotechnology in the field of AFT prevention and control in feed.In terms of pollution prevention,nanocarriers significantly improved the targeted delivery and sustained-release performance of antifungal drugs.Regarding detection technologies,nanomaterials significantly enhanced the detection sensitivity and contributed to the realization of on-site rapid detection.In the post-pollution treatment,nanocatalysis and adsorption technologies could effectively reduce the bioavailability and toxicity of AFT.Future research should be focused on the biosafety and stability of nanomaterials,and at the same time,should help promote the development of low-cost preparation processes and the construction of a standardized system,aiming to provide solid theoretical and technical support for the scientific application of nanotechnology in the field of AFT prevention and control in feed.
