摘　　要：目的:探究加速康复外科(ERAS)在肺癌手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年8月—2023年9月于汕头大学医学院第一附属医院接受胸腔镜下肺癌根治术治疗的84例肺癌患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(行传统围术期管理)和研究组(在对照组基础上应用ERAS模式),各42例。比较两组术后恢复情况、疼痛程度、营养状态、出院准备度。结果:研究组术后首次进食时间、术后首次下床活动时间、胸管留置时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.001);术后5 d,两组视觉模拟评分法及营养风险筛查工具评分降低,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组自身状况、疾病知识、院外应对能力、预期社会支持评分高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:ERAS在肺癌手术患者中的应用效果显著,可促进术后恢复,减轻疼痛,改善营养状态,提高出院准备度。Objective To investigate the application effect of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery(ERAS)in patients undergoing lung cancer surgery.Methods:A total of 84 lung cancer patients who underwent thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer at the First Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College from August 2018 to September 2023 were selected as study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a control group(receiving conventional perioperative management)and a study group(applying the ERAS protocol based on the control group),with 42 patients in each group.Postoperative recovery,pain levels,nutritional status,and discharge readiness were compared between the two groups.Results:The study group showed shorter times to first postoperative feeding,first ambulation,chest tube removal,and hospital stay compared to the control group(P<0.001).At 5 days postoperatively,both groups exhibited reduced Visual Analog Scale scores and Nutritional Risk Screening scores,with the study group demonstrating lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).The study group also achieved higher scores in selfcondition,disease knowledge,coping ability,and anticipated social support than the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of ERAS in patients undergoing lung cancer surgery yields significant benefits,including promoting postoperative recovery,alleviating pain,improving nutritional status,and enhancing discharge readiness.
