音乐艺考生与大学生的表演焦虑、自我效能感研究

摘  要:音乐表演焦虑与自我效能感是音乐事业发展中的两个关键因素。本项研究运用音乐表演焦虑量表和表演自我效能感量表,对328名音乐艺考生和329名音乐专业大学生进行了横断面调查,旨在探究他们的表演焦虑与自我效能感水平,并验证二者之间的相关性。研究结果显示:首先,被试者表现出的表演焦虑水平略低于中等,而自我效能感水平则略高于中等。其次,性别差异在表演焦虑与自我效能感水平上表现显著,女性相较于男性报告了较高水平的表演焦虑和较低水平的自我效能感。再次,音乐艺考生与音乐专业大学生在表演焦虑与自我效能感水平上存在显著差异,音乐艺考生表现出较高水平的表演焦虑和较低水平的自我效能感。最后,表演焦虑与自我效能感之间存在显著的负相关关系。本研究为不同音乐学生群体在表演焦虑与自我效能感水平的比较以及二者关系方面提供了新的依据。Performance anxiety and self-efficacy are two key factors in music career development.Using the Music Performance Anxiety Scale and Music Performance Self-efficacy Scale,this study conducted a cross-sectional survey of 328 music candidates and 329 music undergraduate students.It aims to measure their performance anxiety and self-efficacy,and verify the correlation between the two.The results show,firstly,the performance anxiety exhibited by the participants is slightly lower than moderate,while their self-efficacy is slightly higher than moderate;secondly,gender differences are significant in performance anxiety and self-efficacy,with females reporting higher levels of performance anxiety and lower levels of self-efficacy compared to males.Thirdly,there is a significant difference in performance anxiety and self-efficacy between high school students and undergraduate students,with high school students reporting higher levels of performance anxiety and lower levels of self-efficacy than undergraduate students.Fourthly,there is a significant negative correlation between performance anxiety and self-efficacy.This study provides new evidence for the comparison of performance anxiety and self-efficacy among different groups of music students,as well as the relationship between the two.
