摘 要:现代西方教育哲学强调儿童成长应获得无条件教育爱,这种先验教育爱往往受现实条件制约而变形,导致儿童成长受限。在我国当代教育实践演进过程中,儿童成长境况深受角色文化、关系模式及制度体系等现实条件制约,先验性成长教育爱无可避免地在养育实践中变形,最终落地为实用主义关照下的功利之爱。成人与儿童在角色互构、关系变迁及制度建构等社会性演化过程中呈现出的各类问题,不仅触及成人与儿童在角色、关系和制度等问题上的本质分歧,也折射出儿童成长境况在价值观念、制度结构及行动路径等方面的理念及实践困境。为消解当代儿童成长境况隐忧,从协调关照儿童理论价值和工具价值的路径出发,重新解构各类矛盾问题的认识基础,通过改革和优化正式制度与非正式制度,破解社会对儿童成长境况的认知及行动分歧,重塑儿童的社会价值观念,优化儿童的成长模式结构,深化儿童的成长发展韧性,进而为创造更加健康且更具支持性的儿童成长环境提供变革思路。Modern Western educational philosophy emphasizes that children's growth should receive unconditional educational love.However,this preconceived educational love is often distorted by practical constraints,leading to limitations in children's growth.In the process of contemporary educational practice evolution in China,the growth conditions of children are deeply constrained by factors such as role culture,relationship patterns,and institutional systems.The preconceived educational love inevitably transforms into utilitarian love grounded in pragmatic guidance through the nurturing practices.The various issues arising from the social evolution of roles,relationships,and institutional constructions between adults and children not only touch upon the fundamental differences in roles,relationships,and institutions but also reflect the conceptual and practical dilemmas in children's growth conditions concerning values,institutional structures,and action paths.To alleviate hidden concerns in contemporary children's growth conditions,we should firstly study on the path of coordinating the theoretical value and instrumental value of caring for children,then re-decompose the foundational understanding of various contradictory issues.By reforming and optimizing formal and informal institutions,we are able to bridge the cognitive and action disparities in society regarding children's growth conditions,reshape children's social values,optimizing the structural patterns of children's growth,deepen the resilience of children's growth and development,thereby providing a transformation pathway to create a healthier and more supportive environment for children's growth.
