高等继续教育助力乡村振兴:基于增能理论的视角

摘　　要：乡村振兴需要新的发展逻辑、发展主体和发展模式,农民必然成为乡村全面发展的主体力量,然而,现阶段农民意识、能力的缺失和环境的制约,使农民主体作用难以充分发挥,必须给予农民主体赋权增能,使其满足乡村全面发展的现实需要,高等继续教育因为其灵活的教育模式、校地的深入联系、学科资源与农村实际的深度结合、思想政治教育和专业教育的有机融合等优势,可以在价值引领、供需对接、资源整合、人才聚合等方面有所作为,促进高水平人才在农村的培养和集聚,助力夯实乡村振兴的人才基础。Rural revitalization needs a new development logic,development subject and development model,and farmers are bound to become the main force of all-round rural development.However,the lack of consciousness and ability and environmental constraints make it difficult for rural residents to play a full role as the main subject.It is necessary to empower rural residents to meet the practical needs of all-round rural development.Due to its advantages such as flexible education mode,deep connection between school and place,deep combination of discipline resources and rural reality,organic integration of ideological and political education and professional education,higher continuing education can make a difference in the aspects of value leadership,supply and demand docking,resource integration and talent aggregation,and promote the cultivation and gathering of high-level talents in rural areas.Thus,it can help consolidate the talent base for rural revitalization.
