摘　　要：“建设具有强大凝聚力和引领力的社会主义意识形态”是新时代高校意识形态工作的根本遵循。当前,数智化环境下的去中心化、圈层化、碎片化、泛娱乐化等都在弱化和消解着高校主流意识形态的引领力。因此,亟需从认识论、立场论、能力论三个维度充分理解高校在主流意识形态引领工作中的重要使命、指导原则和能力本领,做到完善制度机制与加快队伍建设相统一、优化内容生产与创新话语体系相统一、强化技术赋能与净化网络环境相统一,真正提升高校主流意识形态引领力。"Building a socialist ideology with strong cohesion and leading power"is the fundamental guideline for ideological work in universities in the new era.Currently,the decentralization,stratification,fragmentation,and pan-entertainment trends in the digital and intelligent environment are weakening and eroding the leading power of mainstream ideology in universities.Therefore,it is imperative to fully understand the important mission,guiding principles,and capabilities of universities in leading mainstream ideology from three dimensions:epistemology,standpoint theory,and capability theory.This involves unifying the improvement of institutional mechanisms with the acceleration of team building,optimizing content production with the innovation of discourse systems,and strengthening technological empowerment with the purification of the online environment,thereby genuinely enhancing the leading power of mainstream ideology in universities.
