摘  要:大学生的心理健康已经成为全社会共同关注的话题。随着经济全球化的发展,越来越多的学生通过中外合作办学走出国门,由于新形势下国内外局势复杂形势,学生的思想政治教育工作面临诸多困难,在此基础上高校辅导员心理健康教育工作就显得尤为重要。本文对当今大学生的心理状况进行简单的分析,就中外合作办学专业学生的思政教育问题进行分析,探讨辅导员在大学生心理健康教育中扮演的角色,以及如何实现这些角色的效用,意在让辅导员打破传统的教育模式,以人为本,以德为先,实现引导、指导、疏导一体化,在实现教育目标的同时,提高人才的综合质量。The mental health of university students has become a topic of common concern for the entire society.With the development of economic globalization,an increasing number of students are going abroad through Sino-foreign cooperative education programs.Due to the complex domestic and international situations under new circumstances,the ideological and political education of students faces many challenges.Against this backdrop,the role of university counselors in mental health education becomes particularly crucial.This article provides a brief analysis of the current psychological state of university students,examines the challenges in ideological and political education for students in Sino-foreign cooperative education programs,and explores the roles that counselors play in the mental health education of university students,as well as how to effectively fulfill these roles.The aim is to encourage counselors to break away from traditional educational models,prioritize people and morality,and integrate guidance,instruction,and counseling into a cohesive approach.While achieving objectives of education,this approach also enhances the overall quality of talent.
