布隆迪外语教育中的中文教育现状与展望

摘　　要：在布隆迪外语教育体系中,中文教育实现了从无到有的历史性跨越,逐步成为其外语教育的重要组成部分。然而,政策支持不足、教学资源配置匮乏以及系统性规划缺失等问题,对中文教育的快速发展及其影响力的进一步提升构成了显著制约。展望未来,布隆迪中文教育展现出显著的潜在发展动能,但其实现可持续发展的关键在于通过系统性语言规划与国家政策深度对接。为此,应将中文教育纳入布隆迪国家发展战略,构建完善的政策支持框架和资源保障体系。同时,必须深刻认识到本土教师在中文教育中的核心地位,在充分利用中方教师资源的基础上,逐步减少对外部师资的过度依赖,着力加强本土化师资队伍的培养与储备,为布隆迪中文教育的长远发展奠定了坚实基础。Chinese language education in Burundi demonstrates significant potential developmental momentum.The key to achieving sustainable development lies in the deep integration of systematic language planning with national policies.To this end,Chinese language education should be incorporated into Burundi's national development strategy,with the establishment of a comprehensive policy support framework and resource security system.At the same time,it is essential to recognize the central role of local teachers in Chinese language education.
